Meet Lucas
Lucas Bollard founded Succulent Designs Sydney in 2019. A horticulturist and garden designer with a Certificate III in Urban Horticulture and years of experience- which guide his design work.
With a clear vision for creating purposeful, enduring landscapes, Lucas combines visionary strategy with practical horticultural skill. As a hands-on founder and devoted plant advocate- he runs the horticultural consultations, before the work begins.
He shapes our overall direction, quality standards and the careful, nurturing approach that informs every project..
Lucas is committed to pursuing knowledge, skills and keeping up to date with advances from others and elders in the industry- leading him to extend his studies, he is a student member of The Landscaping Association.

Meet Alexa
Alexa Ambrosius is co-director of Succulent Designs Sydney and a horticulturist with a Certificate III in Urban Horticulture. She leads client relationships and project delivery, guiding clients to the best solutions with care. With her experience in the field, Alexa brings practical horticultural expertise to every garden.
Her Passion for horticulture, soil health, ecosystems and design- push her to expand and challenge her knowledge. This Inspires her plant-first approach- whilst colliding functional client needs to foster and create outdoor sanctuaries.
